1. Return Eligibility

- Unused & Unwashed – Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags intact.
- Original Packaging – Products must be returned in their original packaging, free from damage.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at mirelle210825@gmail.com with your order ID and the reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll schedule a reverse pickup via our logistics partner (if available in your location).
- If pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship the item to our return address.
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit, based on your preference.
5. Exchange Policy
- If you need to exchange a product for a different size, contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the required size is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
