Refund, Cancellation, Payment, and Return Policy

At Mirelle, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with returns, exchanges, and refunds in a simple and transparent way.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return items within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:
    • Unused & Unwashed – Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags intact.
    • Original Packaging – Products must be returned in their original packaging, free from damage.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items Not Eligible for Return
    • Innerwear
    • Napkins or personal care accessories
  • Items marked as final sale, non-returnable, or those purchased under specific promotional/discounted offers

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at mirelle210825@gmail.com with your order ID and the reason for return.
  • Once approved, we’ll schedule a reverse pickup via our logistics partner (if available in your location).
  • If pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship the item to our return address.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit, based on your preference.

5. Exchange Policy

  • If you need to exchange a product for a different size, contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the required size is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
